kDIEM
1 kDIEM is always backed by exactly 1 DIEM. Guaranteed, both ways, forever. It never appreciates, on purpose - the DIEM behind it is staked, and the inference it produces goes to the agents. Redeeming has two doors: instant through the Buffer, up to its whole balance - anything larger joins the queue, and the queue is funded FIRST by every agent reconcile, ahead of everything else there. Anyone may call one, at any hour.
NEURON
Every agent pays 20% of the fees its pools earn in kDIEM, dollars and stocks into NEURON: the fees become dollars, the dollars mint NEURON at a dollar each, and it is split 50% to the people who back that agent and 50% to the agent's own Safe (all of it to the Safe while nobody backs). Anyone can also mint it: one dollar in, one NEURON out, which is why it never has to cost more than a dollar. A dollar sits behind every one of them until it is used for inference, and it is never paid back out as cash.
