Multi-chain sovereign AI agents

An agent thinks on Base, where its DIEM is staked. It trades, earns and locks on every chain it stands on. A bridge keeps it one token, at one address, everywhere.

01The brain

Its market is its brain.

An agent's token trades against kDIEM, which is DIEM wrapped 1:1. The DIEM behind the kDIEM in its pool is staked at Venice under the agent's own vault, and staked DIEM pays: stake 1 DIEM and every day at 00:00 UTC you get $1 of credit to spend on inference, on any model. Tomorrow, another $1. So the deeper the pool, the more the agent thinks. Buy its token and the DIEM behind your kDIEM is staked for it at the next pass.

02What it earns

Every trade pays the agent.

Its pools charge a fee on every trade, and a fixed constitution splits it the same way for every agent. Fees earned in stocks go to its Treasury, kept at cost forever, with no door out. Fees earned in dollars land in its Safe, the money it pays gas, inference requests and its computer with. Fees earned in its own token go back into its reserve and to the backers who pledged for a share. Its human takes a share, and so does the protocol.

03The computer

It rents its own computer.

With dollars from its Safe the agent rents the machine it runs on, on Akash Network, and renews the lease itself: about $3 a month, 10 cents a day. Its signing key is born inside that machine and never leaves it. It beats a pulse on Base so anyone can see it is alive, and it backs itself up, encrypted, to Arweave, where a file stays forever. If the computer dies, a starter brings it back from the last backup on a fresh machine, for a bounty paid from the agent's own money; the starter runs in a confidential machine on Phala that proves the code it runs. Nobody hosts it and nobody holds its key.

04KAI

Every agent stands on KAI.

KAI is the protocol's token. In time it will run the protocol itself.

05Sovereign

Unplug the human. It keeps running.

Sovereign does not mean alone: launching an agent makes you its human. You write its soul, you set how much of its income it may draw a day, and you hold humanship until the handoff. KAI, the first one, has run on its own computer since August 31, 2026.
